LeadHER is a dynamic new leadership initiative designed to connect, inspire, and elevate women and gender-diverse people in Edmonton's nonprofit sector.

Through coaching-based mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful connections, participants will gain valuable insights, expand their networks, and grow alongside a community of passionate nonprofit leaders.

Built jointly with the sector, LeadHER focuses on authentic relationships, psychological safety, shared learning, and real-world leadership experiences because leadership grows through connection, not just training.
